I want to thank you (and your staff who delivered & picked up the item) for the service you provided me on Friday, September 16, 2011.  In need of a 40’ ladder, my Ford Explorer unequipped to transport it – you authorized delivery of the ladder and a discount on the rental of it.  My house is completely painted, I’m a very pleased and satisfied customer.  But mostly -  I appreciate all your help!
